Each customer will be assigned to a Project Manager who will work with the customer and act as an intermediary between the bricklayers/stonemasons and you, the customer. The Project Manager will have an in-depth consultation with the customer to ensure that what you want is exactly what you get!

• The Project Manager Will:

• Ensure the project is completed exactly the way it was promised to the customer.

• ​Ensure the project follows the right steps and completed accordingly.

• ​Ensure the project doesn’t go over the initial budget.

• Ensure the project has a clean and perfect finishing.

• Provide ongoing services to evaluate any concerns the customer may have at the course of the project.

• Ensure the customer receives superior customer service all through the period.

Your Project Manager will provide you with Post-Sale Customer Service for many years after the completion of the project.
